Hi, thanks for stopping by my page. I'm the face behind Morgan Rae Media.

My name is Morgan Rae Andreanopoulos. I've felt my life is a compilation of stories I carry. I find every day, every person and every experience to be important. There is always a story underneath the surface I am looking to bring up and share.

Some stories are told best in an image or a graphic, while others are best in words. As a storyteller by heart, I search for the best mediums to tell my story and the stories of those around me. From my role as editor in chief of the yearbook in high school to being a journalism major in college, I have educated myself in the basic skills of communication, writing, photography and design in order to know different ways of bringing a story to life. It is my mission to help others find their voice and be heard, whether that is by sharing the story of their business they want others to learn about or the story of a family member they cherish.

My love for photography started in my Poppop's den, watching him care for his cameras he used at every family affair. His wrinkled hands carefully cleaned his collection of cameras, and at the end of many visits he would unlock his glass case to let me see them up close. I held them as if they were porcelain, shifting the lenses back and forth slowly. It always surprised me how he trusted a little girl with his cameras, as if he knew the potential she would have one day if she discovered how to work them.

When my interest in photography continued to develop, he said one day he would show me how to use his film cameras...but that day never came. He left his cameras for me as a Christmas present the winter he passed away. His gift inspired me to become a photographer like him – his cameras became symbols of my future. Once my photography business started, it skyrocketed. I made my first wedding package the summer after his death in 2010 before entering into my freshman year of college, and I have been photographing weddings, engagements and family sessions ever since.

Currently, my day job is at a pregnancy center. I listen to the stories of the women I meet with each day. While listening, I can help them to feel heard and seen. It is much easier to speak than to listen. These skills are helping me to be better at hearing another person's story, and thinking of ways they can share it with those around them, even if it's something as personal as how to tell their mom they are pregnant.

Since you are in my "about me" section, you might be wondering what my story is. Well, in short, I am a dreamer. I have written down 100+ dreams to achieve, and I am still adding to the list. I had some fun goals I was able to achieve, like skydiving with a few of my friends. I had some spiritual goals, like singing in the worship band at church and reading the Bible daily. The dream I desired the most was to get married, and I met my hardworking husband, Stephen, in 2018. We had dreams to travel, and Stephen proposed to me in Ireland the year after we met. We were married in the midst of the pandemic. In May of 2020 during an intimate ceremony, we had just 10 loved ones around us. Another one of my dreams was to have children. I became pregnant four months later, and we had our larger wedding celebration that was postponed when I was 8 months pregnant with our son. We now have a daughter as well, and I have become passionate about telling the stories of their unmedicated birth experiences.

Now, I'm navigating the world as a wife and mom. A part of the fun right now is finding out who I am in this season. What I'm finding is although a lot has changed around me, my passion is still the same: to tell the stories of those who need help finding their voice. If you are looking for the expertise I have for your business or your personal life, reach out to me. Let's see if we can work together to reach your dreams.
